Article 1 - Organisation

The competition is organised by NOSREZO (trading as Propertips), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €15,000, registered in the Melun Trade and Companies Register under number 800 118 788, and whose registered office is located at Allée de la Ferme de Varâtre, 77127 Lieusaint (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"), is conducting a free competition with no purchase necessary via the Propertips application, titled "Become the Millionth Tipser and Win a €4,000 Flightgift Travel Voucher. Refer the Millionth Tipser and Win the Same!" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").

Article 2 – Date and Duration of the Competition

The Competition will run from 2 December 2024 (00:01 French time) until the moment when the millionth user (hereinafter referred to as the "Tipser") creates an account on the Propertips application.

Any entries submitted after the conclusion of the Competition will be deemed invalid.

Article 3 – Conditions and Validity of Participation

3.1. Conditions of Participation

The Competition is open to all individuals aged 18 or over residing in France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Mexico, or the United Kingdom, where the Propertips application is available. Employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, employees of the IAD group, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3.2. Validity of Participation

Only one entry per individual (same name, same email address) is permitted for the entire duration of the Competition. Generic email addresses such as "contact@" or "service.client@" and fictitious email addresses will not be accepted.

Any Tipser who deletes their Propertips account and creates a new one during the Competition period will be automatically disqualified.

Proven fraud or attempted cheating by a participant, including the creation of false identities for multiple registrations, may result in permanent disqualification from the Competition.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these rules.

The Organiser reserves the right to request a copy of a winner's identification to verify the conformity of their identity with the information recorded during account creation.

Article 4 – Methods of Participation

To enter the Competition and be eligible to win the prizes outlined in Article 5, participants must:

Participants can create a Propertips account in two ways:

On the Propertips app and website, Tippers can view their sponsor’s name and surname. Likewise, sponsors can view the names and surnames of their Level 1 Tippers.

Article 5 – Prizes

The millionth Tipser to register on the Propertips application will win a Flightgift travel voucher worth €4,000.

The referring Tipser of the millionth Tipser (who must already have a Propertips account) will also win a Flightgift travel voucher worth €4,000.

The Flightgift travel voucher allows winners to book flights with over 400 airlines.

Winners are encouraged to carefully review the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Flightgift voucher on the partner’s website: https://www.flightgift.com/fr/terms-conditions/.

These terms include usage details, restrictions, and the voucher’s validity period. For further assistance, winners may contact Flightgift’s customer service.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

Article 6 – Determination of Winners

The identification of the millionth Tipser and their sponsor will be based on records from the Organiser’s secure internal database.

Each registered Tipser is assigned a unique identification number, enabling precise tracking of registrations in chronological order. In the event of a dispute, only the records in this database will be considered valid for determining the winners.

Article 7 – Awarding of Prizes

The winning Tipser and their sponsor will be notified by email or telephone within 15 days of the Competition’s conclusion.

The Flightgift travel vouchers will be delivered electronically. They will be activated by the Organiser on the day they are sent to the winners.

Article 8 – Publication of Results

By entering the Competition, winners authorise the Organiser to use their name, surname, and prize details in promotional communications on the Propertips Facebook page or other media, without any additional remuneration, rights, or benefits beyond the awarded prize.

Article 9 – Protection of Personal Data

The information collected during the Competition is intended solely for the Organiser and will be retained for six months after the Competition’s conclusion.

This data is required for participation and management of the Competition.

All data processing complies with GDPR regulations. Participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting: privacy@propertips.com.

Article 10 – Access to Rules

The Competition rules are available at: https://propertips.com/1million.

Participation in the Competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 11 – Liability

The Organiser assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Flightgift voucher by the winners. Use of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of Flightgift, available on their website https://www.flightgift.com/fr/terms-conditions/ or via their customer service.

Consequently, any dispute, claim, or damage related to the use, validity, or restrictions of the voucher must be directly addressed to Flightgift, which assumes full responsibility.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if circumstances beyond their control arise.

The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition in case of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. No liability shall arise as a result of such actions.

The Organiser disclaims any responsibility for internet malfunctions, external malicious acts, force majeure, or any other events beyond their control that may impede the proper functioning of the Competition.

Article 12 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These rules are governed by French law. Participation in the Competition implies full acceptance of these terms. The provisions of these rules constitute the binding agreement between the parties.
